All content, branding, and materials produced by GlobalSnap Ltd remain the intellectual property of GlobalSnap Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, applicable rights are transferred as agreed in writing.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
